He practices at Washington Township Neurology in Turnersville, New Jersey, with a clinical focus on epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology. 

In affiliation with Jefferson Health, the doctor collaborates with Jefferson Stratford Hospital, Marlton Primary & Specialty Care, Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital, and Virtua Voorhees Hospital. Prior to his current endeavours, he served as Medical Director of Inspira, Director of Neuroscience for Virtua, and as an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Jefferson Comprehensive Epilepsy Center. 

Before embarking on his professional journey, Dr. Zangaladze earned his medical degree from the Tbilisi State Medical University in Tbilisi, Georgia in 1987. Upon relocating to the United States, he performed his internship at the Emory University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency in neurology and his fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Following his education, he attained board certification in neurology and clinical neurophysiology by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology. 

Neurology is a branch of medicine dealing with disorders of the nervous system. Neurologists are licensed medical specialists who diagnose and treat disorders that affect the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles of patients. They examine a patient's mental and physical status, conduct medical tests and scans, and evaluate the results to diagnose and treat the patient.
